Exchanges

We accept exchange for ready-made items only within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges is not available for custom-made items.

Refunds

All of our items are non-refundable. We only accept exchages for ready-made items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vertthelabel@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review it and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
