How long does delivery take?
We currently deliver within the UAE only.
- Ready made items are delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Made to order pieces are delivered within 10 to 14 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Can I exchange or return my order?
We accept exchanges only for ready-made items.
Exchange need to be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Exchange/return is not available for custom-made items.
